The only information this website asks for is what you type into our contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number, the type of business you run and whatever you choose to write in the message field. We use it to respond to your enquiry and to prepare a payment processing proposal for you.

We do not sell this information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We use privacy-focused analytics to understand which pages are visited and how quickly they load. This records aggregate information such as page path, referrer, approximate region, browser and device type. It does not use advertising cookies and does not build a profile of you across other websites.

This website is hosted by Vercel. Contact form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend. Both process data on our behalf in order to run the site and deliver your message.

Contact form submissions are retained in our email and CRM systems for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of our business relationship. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

This policy covers the website only. Information you provide during a merchant account application, and card transaction data processed once your account is live, are governed by your merchant agreement and by the card networks' and sponsoring bank's own requirements, including PCI DSS.
